Editable Check In Check Out Behavior Tracking Sheet

This is a collection of Check-In/Check-Out behavior tracking sheets. Check-In/Check-Out is often used with PBS or PBIS behavior and classroom management systems as a Tier III behavior intervention. The product includes multiple variations (a few of which are included in the preview), with different options for font, number of periods of the day, number of behavior expectations, and smiley faces vs points. The zip file includes:

• Editable PowerPoint presentation - Feel free to change the title if you wish, as well as insert the appropriate parts of the day and behavior expectations according to each individual student.
• PDF version of each of the options - These versions have "blanks" for each of the parts of the day and behavior expectations for you to fill in by hand after printing the form (if you are unable to or prefer not to edit the PP). This option also has 2 versions of each of the sets: one titled "Check-In/Check Out Daily Report" and one titled "Daily Behavior Report," in case you'd prefer a more straightforward title.
• Parent letter, included as both a PowerPoint (editable) and a PDF.
• Behavior Management Rubric & Progress Sheet (editable PPT and PDF versions) - Track and document behavior management strategies and student progress with this one-page sheet. Includes a month of data on up to 6 desired behaviors and room for listing up to 4 behavior management strategies.
• Educator letter with information on how to use the product.

*Please note that the two sets on the PP use the fonts Lifesavers and Microsoft Sans Sarif. Lifesavers can be downloaded from Google fonts and Microsoft Sans Sarif should come standard on your computer.
