Edible Soils- Hands On Lab

This is an lab where students create their own visual model for a soil horizon/profile.

Students have to answer questions, draw their own model, explain their model, create their own model, and then they can enjoy their master piece. I personally use this lab in my Ag Foundations course after teach the content and before the assessment.
