    Description

Easter Chemistry Periodic Table puzzle coloring activities. Need an easy sub plan, an enrichment activity or a fun activity to use the day before a break? Students love using their periodic table to color and reveal a hidden picture. The puzzles reveal a mystery picture according to the number of valence electrons, periodic family names, ionic charge, ionic vs covalent compound, element /compound / mixture, physical and chemical properties and changes and the number of protons, neutrons and electrons in an element. Easy way to provide enrichment, easy sub plans or a unique way to assess students understanding. Students are easy able to self - assess based on if they are getting the same picture as their friends. Also easy for a teacher to evaluate if students are interpreting the periodic table correctly.

Use in a chemistry or physical science course in your units on atomic structure, bonding or interpreting the periodic table.
