Description

Do you need a quick counting and sorting activity to help with your space themed activities? This resource is what you need to keep your students engaged as they practice their counting and number recognition skills.
This resource was created because I needed an engaging math counting activity with a Solar Eclipse theme. However, once I finished it, I realized it
could be used as an integrated kindergarten math activity when we study the sun and day and night sky.
In this resource, you will find these items:
Page 5 color picture cards of the Earth, moon, and sun
Page 6 b/w picture cards of the Earth, moon, and sun
Page 7 Color sorting mat to use when sorting the picture cards
Page 8 b/w sorting mat to use when sorting the picture cards
Page 9 A color work mat to use instead of using printables.
Page 10 A reproducible recording sheet for counting
Page 11 A reproducible recording sheet for adding
Page 12 Number cards from 1-20 that can be used instead of writing the answers.

Please enjoy!! I would be so excited if you could please click that little star next to my name and follow me!! It would mean so much to me!!
