Description
This lesson plan (derived from Jan Richardson) is designed to be a fillable template for early guided reading groups (levels D - I). With this template, you are able to type the 2-day plan, introduction, preview, new vocabulary, sight words, and 3rd day guided writing prompt. Boxes for specific strategies can also be checked. This template will save you the hassle of handwriting your plans!
The back page's purpose is to record anecdotal notes during your lesson. Boxes can be typed later (if desired), or left blank to handwrite inside of them.
