EDITABLE Visual Classroom Daily Schedule Cards with Time Back to School Decor

These daily classroom schedule cards give students an easy way to find the information themselves - without asking you all day long.

This resource helps you easily create an eye-catching visual schedule that lets students know what's happening throughout the school day and when.

These schedule cards coordinate with any classroom decor and are also a helpful aid when learning to tell time. They are provide in both editable and print-and-use formats.

WHAT YOU WILL GET WITH THIS RESOURCE:

Print and Write Daily Schedule Cards

These are pre-made cards with non-editable headings. You can print them out and then write the times in yourself. These are useful if you want to reuse the same cards next year. You can laminate them and write the times in dry erase marker. Includes 33 cards with headings plus 6 without that can add your own headings to if needed.

Cards with Editable Times Only

This set of cards is the same as the print-and-write cards except you can type the times in instead. This is a Powerpoint file.

Cards with Editable Headings and Times

This set allows you to change the headings and type the times in before printing. You can use any font you like but instructions are included if you want the fonts to match the ones on the non-editable cards.

Blank Clocks

A page of blank clock cards is included for displaying the time next to your schedule.

Heading Card

In both editable and non-editable formats. Non-editable heading says "Our Daily Schedule".

** The editable files include "Assembly" cards with the Canadian and Australian flags in addition to the U.S. flag.

HOW TO USE THESE DAILY SCHEDULE CARDS

Each schedule card measures 7" x 3". They can be displayed in a pocket chart (the kind that holds sentence strip), on a bulletin board, or put magnets on the back to hang them on your whiteboard or filing cabinet.

Did you know you can print these as smaller INDIVIDUAL VISUAL SCHEDULE CARDS? When printing, look for a setting that says "pages per sheet" or "layout". Change it from printing 1 page per sheet to 2 or 3 (depending on how small you want the pieces). If you change to 2 pages per sheet, it will print them half size.

The fonts you will need in order to match the preprinted cards are available on TpT for FREE (for personal use):

You will need to download and install these fonts before editing the cards if you want them to all look the same.
