What educators are saying

Such a fun way to get to know your students at the beginning of the year! My students really enjoyed it too!
I wasn't sure if my 6th graders would like this, but they LOVED it and asked to play several times. It's a great way to get to know each other at the beginning of the year.

Description

Stand Up If… is an engaging, quick brain break to get students out of their seats/off the carpet. Use this activity for an icebreaker, community building activity or listening activity. This paperless, no-prep game is great for back to school or all year round!

HOW TO PLAY:
Read the statement on the slide. Students stand up ONLY if the statement applies to them/if they agree. Say ”sit down” after a few seconds. Then go on to the next slide! This is a great way for you to learn about your students and for your students to learn about each other! Works great at the carpet on in seats.

***After downloading, the PDF will contain a link to the Google Slides™ presentation. Once, you have opened your copy, you can adjust the slides in the order that you would like and remove any pages that you don't need. You can also add your own questions!
