Description

This set of phoneme clipart consists of 116 electronic images for you to use for personal and/ or commercial use to create digital lessons and activities. Each image has a transparent background and can be used to create phonics lessons in a variety of ways. These digital images are great for Guided Reading, Word Work, Specialized Reading, RTI, Intervention, Special Education, small group work and more!

These images can be used as reading manipulatives to teach and reinforce a variety of letters and sounds all year long in your phonics instruction. In addition to uppercase and lowercase letter tiles, there are images for r-controlled vowels, suffixes, vowel pairs, digraphs, and word family endings.

Items included in this product include (114 .png images in total)

  • Uppercase letters A-Z with font variations with the letters I & J (consonants are in light yellow and vowels are in salmon)
  • Lowercase letters a-z with font variations with letter q (consonants are in light yellow and vowels are in salmon)
  • Q/ q & Qu/ qu with font variations (light yellow)
  • Digraphs (light yellow): ch,ck, sh, th, & wh
  • Vowel Pairs (salmon): ai, au, aw, ay, ea, ee, ew, ey, oa, oe, oi, oo, ou, ow, oy, & ue
  • R-Controlled Vowels (salmon): ar, er, ir, or, ur
  • Suffixes (bright yellow): s, es, ing, & ed
  • Word Families (light green): all, am, an, ang, ank, ild, ind, ing, ink, ive, old, ong, onk, ost, ung, & unk

As a bonus, an easel activity is created for students to move uppercase letters into alphabetical order. Letter tiles are moveable.
