These no prep writing prompts work well to practice personal narrative writing and to support and scaffold writers workshop and writing centers for English language learners. This resource was created by Nikki and Nacho - previously known as Nicole and Eliceo.
ABOUT THE ACTIVITIES
These writing prompts can be used on any device with PowerPoint or Google Slides, including personal computers, Chromebooks tablets and some interactive whiteboards. All of the activities are interactive. Students can read the prompt, look at the picture, and then use the vocabulary word bank to write in the large writing space provided below.
TEACHER-FRIENDLY FEATURES
This resource has been teacher-tested and approved, requires no prep, can be used with the whole class, small groups, at a writing center or as an individual activity and has the option to be completely paperless.

We have included two versions of this resource. One is in PowerPoint format, and the other is in Google Slides format. Both the PowerPoint and Google Slides files are available as one file, or separate files for each writing prompt. After your purchase you can download a folder that will have the PowerPoint files and a link to the Google Slides files.
