Description

Your students are locked in a room for 30-days with $0, a computer and an internet connection...THE ONLY WAY OUT IS TO MAKE $1,000 online! Give your students a scenario they've likely never thought of before!

This digital project will force students to think on their feet, look for creative solutions and take immediate action!

In this entrepreneurial activity, students must develop ways to make an income online by providing digital products and services through online platforms, like Fiverr.

"I used this resource in my Economics class. My students were very engaged. It's very easy to use; thank you very much!"

— Joan T.

"Our whole curriculum is centered on Entrepreneurship. The students were challenged by this and seemed to enjoy the experience."

-Vicky W.

Students are guided through a Mind Dumping process along with some basic market research before selecting 3 potential ways for them to generate the $1,000 needed to escape.

Students Will Be Able To:

1. Do some simple market research

2. Think creatively to come up with 3 ways (Products or Services) to generate an online income.

3. Create examples of their products or services

4. Create 3 sample Fiverr listings for their Gigs (Pre-made template provided)

This project is self-guided and self-paced, perfect for both online or contained learning environments. Can be easily adapted for elementary, middle and high school, with little to no prep!

A project timeline can be completely up to you...spanning over a few days or a few weeks.

Aligns perfectly with ISTE Standards.
