Description

Use this digital weekly goal chart with students who struggle to follow classroom expectations and need incentives and specific goals. Customize your ideal behavior chart with editable visual goals, rewards, and stickers and help motivate and encourage your student to achieve their goals. They can set their weekly goal for how many stickers they will earn and which reward they will work for. This not only helps them focus on achieving their goals, but gives them a greater feeling of success when they see positive affirmation for what they are accomplishing.

Each week the student should take ownership of their goals and determine a number of stickers that they want to earn that week. The goal chart is a good reminder to students of how they can correct their behavior or attitude in order to earn their goal. Add comments or notes to the student's goal chart in the Google Slides 'notes' section as documentation of what went well and what could be improved. By the end of the week the student will see if they have met their daily goal and what specific behavior goals they need to pay more attention to in order to earn reward!

This resource includes 4 editable templates with a number of goals that suits your particular needs (2, 3, 4, and 5). Each template has editable goals and student name box as well as space to copy & paste goal and stickers. Add text to each goal icon to be more specific with student goals. Choose from 10 pages of visuals, over 200+ icons! Categories for visual goals include:

  • reading | writing
  • math |science
  • healthy habits | lunch
  • procedures | expectations
  • behavior | attitude
  • games | play
  • and MORE

The template format, including goal boxes, reward circle, 'weekly goal', and title is NOT editable. Notes can be added to the Google Slides 'note' section on each slide to record specific notes. To help you create your chart, there are step by step instructions with visuals as well as video preview
