Different Cultures: Food Research Paper

Our shared experiences with food connect us with the past, present, and future of what it means to be human. Students will research the origin of a specific type of food (i.e. Soy Sauce, Eggplant Parmesan, Macrons, Eggs Benedict, etc.) and write a two page double spaced essay about the history of that dish. Students will need to use at least four websites and include a bibliography in MLA format.
