Purpose: This quiz assesses learners' in Grades 6-8 on their general understanding and application of
- writing skills (usage, mechanics, punctuation),
- the writing process (e.g. brainstorming prior to drafting before revision, etc.)
- paragraph knowledge,
- the basics of MLA format, and
- how to edit slideshows (for basics in look, amount/styles of fonts, etc.)
Instructions:
- Read each question carefully, and answer all questions
- There are 30 questions for a total of 30 points
- Review your score and feedback (Note: incorrect responses are explained)
Timeline: varies according to learner; approximately 20 minutes
