Design and Create a Food Truck Activity: Nutrition and Health

This creative, student-centered, and skills-based activity will engage all learners! The activity can be used as a project, self-independent work, collaborative activity, or a skills-based assessment.

Learners will design and create a food truck company that makes and sells interesting, delicious and creative, healthy meals for the public. Within the activity, students will also analyze the nutritional value of their meal ingredients using a food calculator. Included in the activity:
