What educators are saying
Good resource to use to help build fluency and practice HFW but also teaching basic concepts of print for my kinders.
This resource is a lifesaver. I am new to the curriculum and this is a huge stepping stone to help get better accustomed to it.

Description
Decodable Readers
Decodable books and readers allow students to be able to read every word in a story. These decodable readers will help students build confidence as they use skills they have learned in the classroom to read a story. This is an important part of the learning process in K-2 classrooms. When students are able to decode what they read it will motivate them to become readers. These readers help reinforces short vowel sounds and build fluency.
You can find great CVC readers all over the internet, but the touch dots and arrows make these readers special. The touch dots remind beginner readers that every word gets a tap. These touch dots are important as students begin to read and help keep them from skipping over words in a story. The arrows are a simple reminder of the reading direction and will help keep students on the line they are reading.
