Decodable Guided Reading Book with Consonant Blends- Captain Clang

I had difficulty finding decodable books that focused on blends, so I wrote some and had a friend illustrate them. This book compliments word lists with blends from Walpole & McKenna's "How to Plan Differentiated Reading Instruction." We use this book for guided reading and interventions. "Captain Clang" features words with "l" blends; bl, cl, fl, and pl.

Books can be copied 1 sided to 2 sided and then cut in half. Each story has a cover/title page and 7 pages of text with illustrations.
