This poetry set includes four engaging poems for December that are designed to establish a poem of the week shared reading routine in your classroom. The poems included are titled; Out in the Meadow, A Chubby Little Snowman, Gingerbread, and Ice Skating. These poems will help your students build their reading fluency and practice phonics skills. Your students will look forward to the routine of learning a new poem each week!

- Black-line printable page that is perfect for adding to student's individual poetry notebooks or binders
