Description
This daily behavior tracking sheet is a simple way for you to communicate students' behavior to their parents. I use a color system in class (green=excellent, yellow=warning, red=time out). I keep this sheet inside the students homework folders, and at the end of the day instruct them to color the happy face (green, yellow, or red) for their behavior that day. Parents are required to initial each day next to their child's colored in happy face. This file contains 2 pages featuring dates for the 2013-14 CCSD school year, and 2 pages without dates. You can edit/customize this document to meet your needs.
