DURATION DATA SHEET ON TASK BEHAVIOR EDITABLE

Duration Data Sheet by "School Psychologist Shop for XBA, IEP and Behavior Resources" allows you to record and analyze your data in the simplest and most efficient way!
On one page, it allows you to record the student's name, date of observation, activity child was participating in, whether observation took place in a one on one setting, small group setting or whole group setting. It also allows you to record the start and end time of your observation, as well as the duration of the behavior within your observation period. In addition, you can add the number of prompts student received during your observation. You are encouraged to use the same time intervals for your observations to ease your comparison and analysis. This one view of date, activity, setting and time of observation allows you to easily identify patterns of behavior. Gotta love data! :)
