CELF-Preschool-3 Descriptive Pragmatic Profile Drop-Down List Scoring and Report Template

Children are more than JUST a standard score and percentile rank. While standard scores are useful in comparison to other children, it doesn't tell me, the assessor, caregivers, or service providers anything about what this child can and cannot do. I love my reports to have lots of qualitative information. It shows that I SEE the child, not the number, and helps me present it that way. It supports my diagnosis. It helps in chosing goals and service planning. It helps me talk about the child's strengths, not just their weaknesses. That is why I like to include information, such as this pragmatic profile in my report. But I don't want to have to type it out every time: list strengths and weaknesses, delete the information on the form for the past child.
