What educators are saying

This was a great resource for working on digraphs. Loved that the kids could read along and practice their writing.
All of my teaching experience is in upper elementary, so when I moved to China to teach 1st graders, I was a little out of my element! I used this to work with my students who ranged from fluent in English, to knowing absolutely no English. It was a great resource for us!

Description

This set of 5 Digraph Books (Emergent Readers) are perfect for new readers. These beginning digraph books are very predictable, and they teach your kindergarten or 1st grade students the five common digraphs sh, ch, th, wh, & ph. You get one book for each beginning digraph sh, ch, th, & wh. You also get a book for the digraph ph. Your kids read the book, highlight the digraph, and then write the digraph word in the book. I created these books so that they are easy to print and create, with no sorting involved.

What are other teachers saying?

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I loved that my students can see the digraphs in the context of a book. It helps them better see what a digraph is and why we are learning about them. It is always good to put books in their hands! - Laura

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My students used this as a station activity. They loved reading it with their group and looking for the digraphs - they also love when they get to colour their books. It was easy to prepare and set up for students. Great product! Thank you! - Meghan
