What educators are saying

My students loved this activity. It was easy practice for them and I liked how you could print it out or assign it digitally. This really helped my students who tend to have trouble hanging on to things. I highly recommend!
My students loved this! It was great for extra practice which we desperately needed and didn't take any time to prep. Awesome resource!

Description

Students will plot points through drag-and-drop on a coordinate plane inside of GOOGLE CLASSROOM to create an image of an animal. 5 different worksheets included: a penguin, crab, shark, sea turtle, and a butterfly.

Uses positive and negative numbers, points graphed in all 4 quadrants.

Each resource is on a Google Slide with an immovable background so students cannot edit the worksheet - they can only drag and drop points onto the coordinate plane, and then use the draw tool to create lines to connect the points.

Great for distance learning or as an in-class activity. Good to reinforce the skill, as part of a learning station, or for practice. A great extension or extra credit activity, but also great for regular class and homework.

A fun way for students to practice the skill and get immediate feedback.

This is a digital resource for your Google Classroom. PDF's are included so you can print worksheets for your class as well. If you want just the PDF worksheets, click here.
