Description

This interactive Google Slides lesson shows how to use partial quotients to solve long division problems with 2, 3, and 4 digit dividends and 1 digit divisors, with and without remainders. This strategy is often called "Big 7" or "Lucky 7."

The lesson includes:

  • an 8.5 minute video lesson (YouTube and Loom viewing options included)
  • 8 practice problems - to complete the practice problems, students fill in missing numbers to demonstrate their understanding of the Big 7 strategy.
