This is a Robotic Submarine Design Contest. All students get a participation certificate for submitting an entry. Perhaps, they could be given extra credit on their science grade for their efforts. There is a scoring sheet. Two judges, perhaps teachers or coaches can fill out their scores. There is a design portion, and a written portion.
