Creative Thinking Activities | Early Finishers Activities

These 26 poster-style alphabet assignments engage big kids in challenging, creative activities that keep them learning! A page is included for each letter of the alphabet, which includes fun, high interest challenges.

Suggestions for using the posters in your classroom:

1. Print a class set of a particular alphabet poster each week.

2. Place the posters in a basket, along with the included directions.

3. When students finish work early, they get a poster from the basket to work on throughout the week.

There is at least one section on each poster that may require students to use teacher approved search engines or other research tools. Students need to be familiar with conducting simple research before completing posters. These activities can be used as an early finishers assignment, for morning work, and for fun homework nights!
