Description

Creating habits workbook and chart is a tool to encourage positive behaviors. It can be used with time management programs. Experts say it takes 21 days to create a new habit. Enclosed is a Creating New Habits questionnaire to help reflect and identify on area in your life you would like to improve. There are also 2 charts with 21 days to check off to help create the new habit.

One chart has prompts to help you reflect on your progress and keep you motivated and the other chart is blank to fill out however you would like.

Can be used by adults or students. Great for any type of self improvement including behavior modification. Great for counseling groups.
