Create a Town Project

Create a Town is great for an end of the unit project, or for an enrichment or extension project for quick finishers. It incorporates Social studies concepts like urban, suburban, rural, map skills, and jobs you may find in a town. It incorporates math skills as students need to calculate total galloons of water for the town, total pounds of food needed, and number of students per classroom in the school. It also incorporates science concepts by including exploration of different types of power sources for the town.
