Description
Crash Course in Physics is a fast moving, informative, entertaining video series that tackles many issues that come up in AP Physics classes. Dr. Shini Somara is your host. I provide a full page option for students to fill in as the video plays. Many of the questions are more conceptual in nature, so that students can watch the video and still respond even after the video is complete. Video can be shown in class or assigned and students can watch multiple times to assimilate content.
I recommend printing these sheets directly from the pdf.
The videos are available on YouTube and a link to the video is included in the worksheets.
CALCULUS! Today we take our first steps into the language of Physics; mathematics. Every branch of science has its own way to describe the things that it investigates. And, with Physics, that's math. In this episode, Shini talks us through derivatives and how calculus helps us to understand the world around us.
Key Words: Crash Course in Physics, Shini Somara, Video guide (link to YouTube), worksheet, math, derivatives, integrals, quadratics, limits.
