Description

Lab Entry test that can be used as a student assessment of general safety, sanitation, and culinary knowledge prior to beginning cooking in the classroom. Both tests utilize different testing strategies to accommodate a variety of testers (multiple choice, fill in the blank, word bank, extended response).

Two tests are provided, Lab Test A and Lab Test B along with answer keys to both.
