Cookie Bakery: a group math unit

Students become cookie bakers in this interactive group math unit. This unit focuses on numbers 1-10, colors and shapes. First, take an order by drawing a number card (1-10) and a frosting attribute card (color or shape). Each baker completes the order using their supply of cookies and frosting, and then receives payment. This activity can be easily adjusted for different skill levels. Made to use in a math center or with a smaller group of students. Fun and educational, what child wouldn't want to work in a cookie bakery?!
