Description

This 97-page resource is a comprehensive vocabulary / words to know unit for "A Farewell to Arms" by Ernest Hemingway. The meaning of “comprehensive” here means that there are 27 resources for students and 10 resources for teachers including an extensive Common Core list, glossary, 180 word lists, SAT designation, quizzes, answer keys, and learning activities. The glossary includes word, part of speech, SAT designation (if applicable), sample sentence, similar words, synonyms, antonyms, and derivations. The words are divided by book. The quizzes are divided into units of ten words so that you can easily adjust how many words to assign; for example, Book 1 has 60 words, but that might be too many for your students, so adjust it to 10-60 words instead.
