Compound Wordo {Compound Word Bingo Games}
Compound Wordo is similar to traditional bingo and can be played by a small group or a whole class to practice the reading and spelling of compound words.
To play, the teacher or caller reads the large word from a caller card. That word is the first half of a real compound word. The students then look for the second half of the compound word on their game boards. For example, if the caller read the word GOLD, then the students would cover the word FISH on their boards because GOLDFISH is a real compound word.
Six different COMPOUND WORDO games are included in this download. Each game focuses on 24 different compound words. That is a total of 144 compound words to practice with your students!
Each game contains:
-word list
-five different and numbered game boards to copy
-24 caller cards with correct compound word answers for easy reference
