Description

This compare and contrast, winter holiday reading comprehension passage for 5th and 6th grade is based on our "History of Winter Holidays" rap song which explains the origins and traditions of Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and New Year's Day.

Students will listen to the song then practice compare and contrast skills using the song lyrics as a reading passage.
