Description

These task cards are great for using in small groups or practicing skills in independent task box work stations. They are community helpers themed and cover counting objects for numbers up to 30. Boom Cards are also included for digital use or virtual learning. They are helpful for counting, identifying numbers 1 - 30, demonstrating 1-1 correspondence, as well as strengthening fine motor skills. They can also be differentiated based upon student needs.

There are 30 Task Cards for students to Count & Clip. Students use a clip (or clothespin) to clip the correct number that matches the pictures that they have counted. Other ideas for use are also included.

Count to 100 by ones and by tens.
Understand the relationship between numbers and quantities; connect counting to cardinality.
When counting objects, say the number names in the standard order, pairing each object with one and only one number name and each number name with one and only one object.
Understand that the last number name said tells the number of objects counted. The number of objects is the same regardless of their arrangement or the order in which they were counted.
