I used this as a template for my pennant request letter that I sent to local community colleges and universities. It was great to have such a solid starting point when I was unsure how to begin!

Updated Dec. 2017: Now includes 2 different letter templates that you can customize and mail out.
I get tons of letters, packages, and goodies in the mail each fall because I send out letters to schools early each fall/summer. This accompanies the following blog post for more info:

To save yourself some time - buy this letter template (and it's yours to keep forever) and edit a few of the parts. Purchases help support the School Counselor Community Scholarship program.
Letter template only (you will get 2x .docx files).

To use - simply edit as is or copy and paste onto your letterhead template/new document. It is setup for my letter head, but you just need to copy it to yours.
You can place your signature on your form by signing a paper, scanning it and use a website like this (or photoshop) to remove the background leaving only your writing.

I cannot promise you will receive items from colleges. This is simply a request. I have had good luck in the past. I tend to send them every other year to not overwhelm schools. I also get so much stuff that it usually lasts me about two years.
