What educators are saying

This was a fun activity for my early finishers after they worked on a Monet project in their SSTEAM class.

Description

This is a very interesting way to learn about the work of Claude Monet. Children will look at different paintings and also sort them by categories. Add this printable to your Claude Monet art studies, art appreciation lesson, art area, Montessori art shelves, or your pond unit study.

The printable has 6 sorting categories: flowers in a vase, garden, pond, ships and boats, fruits, windmills.

The material consists of:

  • 6 labels with categories
  • 36 paintings for sorting (6 paintings per category)
