Classroom Language

Classroom Language! Learning classroom language is a great way to jump start target language use in Mandarin classroom. By learning these functional chunks, students could benefit way more than being able to say a few phrases or sentences. I collected these useful classroom language that were useful in my Mandarin Chinese class. I hope you find it helpful, too!

This resource includes:
-Presentation slides of classroom languages with engaging graphics (you could print them out and display around your room)
-The classroom language includes three part — “things your teacher might say to you”, “things you might say to your teacher”, and “useful vocabulary”
-Three games and activities to solidify students’ learning
-Activity direction and variation
