Description
This is a set of 42 cards for those who love playing Circumlocution but want to add some SPOOKY fun to class!!
Original set of circumlocution cards!
Circumlocution is an important skill in another language, and it is also fun to practice! These are words that the average high school student would NOT likely know in his or her second language.
To play this game, students should be in groups of 4. Place all the cards face down in a pile. A student draws a card, and must describe the card in the target language to his or her partner. The student describing may NOT say the word in the TL or English. The guessing partner will guess the word in English. If, after 1 minute the partner has not guessed, the other pair may guess. One point for each correct guess.
Contains 42 cards with illustration and English word, plus instructions for assembly and game play. Suitable for late level 2 and higher.
FOR ANY LANGUAGE!
