It's the most magical time of the year! So make the most of it with this 30 day Christmas Countdown!
This resource has been created to add excitement, anticipation, increase knowledge and celebrate the holiday of Christmas!
This resource is a 30 day countdown towards Christmas. For each day, you display a new poster. You have a choice of 3 different layouts/options for each day so you can cater for different ages/needs for your class!
Whilst creating this resource I was mindful that some information is based on religious beliefs whilst other information is purely imaginative to add to the magic of the season! I understand that some pages may not be the best fit for your class depending on different factors such as their age, beliefs, religion, etc. Therefore, I have included 3 different options for you to choose from for each day of the countdown. This allows you to adapt the resource to find the best fit for your students, your school and yourself!
Display options:
Option 1: Christmas Vocabulary
Each day has a new Christmas themed vocabulary word.
Option 2: Short Descriptions
Each day has a short description of information about different aspects of
Christmas including the traditions, origins, history, imaginative views and other fun facts.
Option 3: Random Mix
Each day is different with Christmas themed facts, jokes, riddles, questions, statistics, activities, tips, quotes and a whole lot more!
Another Option:
Go through each option and choose your favourite for that day or find the one that is the best fit for your class. If one of the description pages are too young for your class, swap for a word of the day or a joke page instead. This resource has been made with different options so you can choose the best display and best fit for your class!
