Description

Are you looking to teach your students about Christmas in Germany? This unit includes a study of German Christmas, where you and your students will “travel the world” and discover how people in Germany celebrate the holidays.

This unit includes a craft, reading passage, powerpoint file (with real world images) and response pages to help your students have a better understanding of the world and the many cultures around the globe.

This German Christmas study includes:

  • A PowerPoint with REAL images
  • A Passport with stamps for Germany
  • Pieces to create an anchor chart
  • Cloze sentence informational passages
  • Nutcracker craft
  • A blackline poster that includes the holiday symbols and the outline of the country.
  • A blackline response sheet that includes a world map and a place to draw and write about what was learned.
