This is a low prep holiday themed activity to keep your students learning and having fun in the days before Winter Break.
This resource is a Christmas/holiday themed color by number to help students practice common middle school grammar concepts like comma usage and subject/verb agreement. This resource contains three color by number grammar practice activities. All of the sentences and the pictures in this resource are holiday themed.
Students first determine, from a list of sentences, which sentence is correct. Then, they color the spaces on the color by number sheet that match the question with the color that corresponds to their chosen answer choice. Students will know they have completed the color by number correctly when it matches the answer key provided.
This Christmas/holiday themed color by number gives students practice with the following grammar concepts:
Comma usage
Punctuation of sentences with independent and dependent clauses
Subject/Verb Agreement
Editing
