Description

This bundle of reading logs can be used for tracking and responding to at-home reading or could be used in class each day. These reading logs are for fiction. The zipped folder contains a PDF of each reading log and the Word document to allow for editing.

Separate “Choice Board Reading Logs” for nonfiction are also available from my store.

Each reading log allows for daily tracking of reading for one week and includes 6 response boxes with unique questions and tasks. Teachers decide how many of those response boxes students will complete each week.

Two levels of each reading log are included. The Sun Level includes open-ended questions with lines for students’ written responses. The Star Level includes some scaffolding and/or sentence starters in response to the questions.

Included in this product:
* 7 unique reading logs (Sun Level and Star Level for each means 14 total logs)
* A blank reading log for your own creations
* A scoring rubric for the reading logs
* A teacher reference page

A packet of nonfiction reading logs and a bundle packet with both fiction and nonfiction reading logs is available.
