This Chemistry of Thanksgiving Dinner Mini Project doubles as a great emergency sub plan. Differentiated for high school chemistry, students will research a real world chemistry application as they investigate the health benefits of elements found in common Thanksgiving foods. Aligned with Universal Design for Learning (UDL) methodology, students are guided in their research and given options for a final product.
