I laminated this and posted it near the 'turn in tray' in my room and have taught students to check their papers before turning them in to compare.
Description
This is a visual Rubric so that they know what a good paper looks like. First and last name, good coloring and detailed drawings, ideas that answer "W" questions, word choice and presentation. It comes in two parts, cut and put together and display as a reminder. My students love it because they all want shooting stars and this reminds them of what there sentences should include and what their work should look like.
