Most sheets are divided in half to save paper and allow for two weeks of recording on one piece of paper or four weeks if it’s printed back to back.

These are great for elementary and secondary students. Ideal for behavior improvement plans, IEPs (Individual Education Plans), 504 plans, and RTI (Response to Intervention). These behavior charts have been used for students with autism, Asperger’s, ADD (Attention Deficient Disorder), ADHD (Attention Deficient Hyperactivity Disorder), ED (Emotional Disability), OHI (Other Health Impairments), Mild Cognitive Impairments, and Specific Learning Disabilities. The variety of sheets allow you to choose what works best for your students and provide different levels of support for individuals with many different cognitive levels and emergent readers.

See what this happy teacher has to say about Check In-Check Out Sheets:

"This is the best thing I have purchased all year! I wish I had purchased it at the beginning of the year. I had not thought of some of these checklists but I know my students are doing much better having these as a reminder of what is needed and having it laminated on her desk so she can check off before she leaves is important."

"This is an excellent resource! Thanks so much for all the time and effort in creating this time-saving and useful addition to my educational toolbox."
