Functional Stimuli for Cognitive Retraining: Calendar Organization Tasks (easy, moderate, and difficult levels)

Thanks for looking at my page! All of my materials are meant to be simple and flexible stimuli. Minimal instructions are included to enable each SLP to utilize their own clinical style and allow use of current and ever-changing EBP strategies. Be creative with the use of these materials!

Includes:

-4 monthly calendars:

  • 2 moderate and 2 difficult pages of stimuli to organize, per calendar
  • Wh-questions for patients to answer after completion of calendars in order to increase awareness of organization skills
  • Ideal for patients with mild to mild-moderate cognitive impairments

-4 weekly calendars (2 easy pages of stimuli to organize per calendar)

  • Ideal for patients with moderate to moderate-severe cognitive impairments

Includes a group version of task.

  • Stimuli page is formatted to display on a larger screen (laptop HDMI to TV)
  • Each individual is given a calendar to complete
  • Consult with your LCD to determine if you can bill for cognitive groups
