What educators are saying

Perfect set of warm-ups to use through out the year with my AP Calculus classes. I love having students present their work and answers to the class as a follow up activity after everyone has had a chance to work on the problem.
My students are reviewing for the AP Calculus exam, and I came across this excellent resource. I wish I had discovered it earlier in the year. The problems vary from easily manageable to challenging. It is a great resource that I look forward to using more in the future.

    Description

Introducing the Calculus AB AP Problem of the Day Warm Ups (sometimes called Bell Ringers) designed to elevate your students' calculus skills from the very first minute of class.

This comprehensive resource offers a full year's worth of engaging and thought-provoking warm-up exercises. Each day, students will be challenged with a new calculus problem carefully crafted to reinforce key concepts and build problem-solving proficiency.

With over 160 carefully curated warm-ups, this bundle covers a wide range of topics, ensuring thorough preparation for the AP Calculus exam. Whether you're looking to spark lively discussions, reinforce foundational knowledge, or provide additional practice, this bundle is the ultimate tool for calculus teachers seeking to enhance their students' mastery of the subject.

Each month contains 20 questions. There are 160 questions in this package.

See the link for each individual month to see an expanded preview for that month.

These problems review topics that are traditionally taught during Calculus AB. (limits, finding a derivative, chain rule, derivatives of trig functions, position, velocity, acceleration, related rates, optimization, antiderivatives, Riemann sums, trapezoidal rule, accumulation function, etc.)

You or the students can scan the QR Code on each page to get the answer to that question. Most QR Codes lead to a simple numerical or word answer, but several of them lead to a website that will show the answer in proper mathematical notation. I have found that it is best to scan the QR Codes with a QR Reader App instead of a camera. The answers will then come right up. If you use a camera, the answers come up in the search bar and are difficult to read.

I have also included an answer key and a record sheet for the students.
