Calculating Frequency and Wavelength in Light Waves

Includes brief notes on the formula (c=wavelength x frequency), the parts of wave and the relationship between wavelength and frequency. There are 10 practice problems (5 for wavelength and 5 for frequency) followed by a an EM chart to practice reading wave types based on their wavelength and frequency. Includes answer key with problems fully worked out using dimensional analysis. Students should already know how to perform metric conversions, but if they do not, the problems can be easily modified to omit the need for conversions.
