Description

This features 208 public domain images of cowboys, cowgirls and outlaws as well as some other elements of the American Old West.

There is also a handy Quick Facts About The Old West page, i.e. a reader/reading section in English followed by Spanish to help ESL / ELL students you may have now or later.

This sort of product you can use time and again throughout your teaching career, for example using the images as rewards for good conduct or grades, classroom décor or theme-setting as when teaching a social studies American History units, ornamentation in the margins of hand-outs and tests, flashcards, simple boardgames, writing stationery paper, postcards, all kinds of art projects, etc.

Note that it is also possible to move about and re-size up or down the images. You can even sell them or products incorporating them for school clubs or to benefit a favorite charity. I only ask that you not pass around copies of this. Interested colleagues can buy their own or you can get them a license.

I dedicate this to my brother Jerry Mac Emerson, whose interest in the American Old West has been inspirational.

Sincerely,

J. Mason Emerson
