When you make a goal, and you monitor and track your progress, you will benefit from seeing your progress visually. Once the month is done, you will be able to look back and see how successful you were. Select the month that you want to track, print it and set your goals. Here's a list of simple goals that will help you get started:

- drink x amount of water

-wake up 30 minutes earlier than usual

-drink water in place of diet coke, coffee, tea

-get 8 hours of sleep

-go for a 20 minute walk

-complete set goals 80% of this month

-read for 30 minutes
